After getting an idea of the kinds of sushi dishes that can be made with the available facilities and ingredients, teams will decide on their sushi creation and then prepare, cook, and serve their dish themselves. The final product will be judged by our master chef, who will determine the best display of sushi-making skills—teams must remember that in the sushi world, presentation is just as important as taste!
