Switzerland Lake & Gorge Tour

Our Switzerland Lake & Gorge Tour offers guests the chance to experience stunning Swiss landscapes, including beautiful lakes, traditional villages, majestic waterfalls, incredible gorges, authentic chalets, and scenic cow paddocks.

This tour is ideal for groups of 7 or 8 people but can be adjusted for larger groups and is also available for private bookings. The outdoor activity runs from 9am to 5pm or 6pm, but the schedule can be flexible if needed.

The adventure begins with a visit to Iseltwald, a charming small village by the picturesque Lake of Brienz, and includes a leisurely stroll around the area. Next, you'll visit the famous Giessbach Waterfalls above the Lake of Brienz, where you can explore 14 waterfalls, visit the "Magical Place Museum," or relax on the terrace of the historic Swiss Grand Hotel Giessbach.

Afterward, you will ride Europe’s oldest funicular down to the lake, where you’ll take a boat trip across the lake to Brienz for lunch. After lunch, discover traditional chalet houses and stroll around the lake promenade where you can buy typical cow-themed souvenirs from the local wood manufacturer.

The tour continues with a short drive to Meiringen and the Aare Gorge, which can be explored by stepping down several meters into the gorge or hiking for 45 minutes through it and exiting in the next valley.

The final stop of our Swiss outdoor activity is Lake of Thoune at the Neuhaus harbor of Interlaken, where you can enjoy afternoon tea or aperitif while watching the sunset and taking in the last scenic viewpoint.
