Team Racing Car Challenge

The team racing car challenge is an extraordinary team building activity that participants will find unforgettable. It's an exceptional opportunity for people to bond and get to know each other better. The motorsport-themed workshop guides participants through the excitement, planning, and teamwork involved in speed racing.

This all-inclusive motivational experience is an incredibly memorable team-building activity available for two hours or up to an entire day. The event can accommodate groups from 20 to 250 participants and can even host larger numbers, making the possibilities almost limitless.

Each group in the team racing car challenge will have their own simulator, serving as their car for the race. Starting with the practice session, teams must assign their roles and spend sufficient time on the simulators and pit car to devise their strategy. During this period, teams must engage in driver training using the Batak to enhance their reaction times and peripheral vision, as well as complete a marketing strategy which includes designing the car, suit, and team values.

The climax of the event is the live race, where one driver per group will operate the racing car simulator, though everyone gets a chance to take laps. Several pit stops in this motorsport-themed team-building activity engage groups to work together to achieve their goals.

All points throughout the team racing car challenge are meticulously recorded, providing each team with an exact score. The close scores heighten the competitive spirit among participants.

The full-day motivational experience includes lunch and features a giant Scalextric track for a high-energy start. The pit stop challenge can also be booked separately as a team event with up to 16 people around the car at one time, lasting around 20 minutes per group, depending on the team size.
