This Melbourne-based performing arts company offers a remarkable fusion of theatre, dance, and circus performance, incorporating a unique elevated medium that literally sets their act above the rest. The five-meter sway poles create a large-scale visual spectacle capable of entertaining thousands while remaining engaging and accessible.

Inspired by the image of a field of wheat swaying in the breeze, the poles’ exceptional strength and flexibility allow the performers to bow to impossible angles, swaying in a hypnotic dance as the audience looks up in wonder. Their world-renowned performances have achieved near-cult status on almost every continent and they perform regularly at festivals, special events, and private functions.

In this performance, eight colorfully costumed characters enact an intriguing ritual of courtship atop five-meter sway poles. Their synchronized choreography has them bending at extreme angles, swaying towards and away from each other above the crowd; their captivating dance will leave audiences breathless. A story of love, freedom, loneliness, and joy, this show appeals to audiences of all ages and nationalities. A truly sensational visual spectacle, it creates an atmosphere of excitement and joy at your event!
