If you’re looking for a pop-up event space, our eye-catching event tipis and wedding tents are perfect. Our Sussex-based event tents are inspired by the traditional design of the Sami Kåta and utilize the latest materials and construction techniques. Built to withstand the British weather year-round, our wedding tents are ideal for festival-themed events and offer a charming alternative to a white marquee.

The exquisite event tents are highly adaptable to your needs. With four tipis available that can be combined and linked, we can accommodate up to 170 seated guests or 250 standing guests for a more relaxed gathering.

One Giant Hat Kåta

• Maximum 70 guests seated

All of the Giant Hat Kåta tents can have their sides opened up, making them an excellent option on a warm and sunny day. These pop-up event spaces can integrate gardens or provide guests with panoramic views of the surroundings. If the weather is cooler, they can be fitted with a fireplace, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere—perfect for a winter wedding.

Our festival-themed tents can also be booked with decor and furniture. The following items can be included in a bespoke event tent package:

  • Rustic wooden trestle tables or round tables to suit various seating plans
• Chairs
  • Cheltenham banqueting chairs in neutral colors to complement the natural theme of the tipis, allowing for additional decor
• Matting
  • Woven matting placed on top of plastic sheeting to keep feet dry inside the tents
• Matted walkway
  • Outdoor walkways to the event tipi entrance, matching the interior flooring
• Lighting
  • Standard lighting sets are integrated into the same wood as the tipis for a subtle and sleek look. Spotlights are controlled with a dimmer switch for flexible lighting that can be adjusted as needed. White or colored spotlights can also be focused on specific areas, like the top table or cake table.
• Fairy Lights
  • These create an intimate atmosphere, wrapping around the wedding tent, spiraling down the inner poles, and along the opening brim of the tipis
• Bunting
  • No festival-themed party is complete without a charming garland of flags, perfectly in-keeping with the rustic vibe of the event tipis
• Dance Floor
  • A strong, durable, and flexible vinyl dance floor available in three sizes:
  • 12ft x 12ft - dance capacity of 30 guests
  • 15ft x 15ft - dance capacity of 45 guests
  • 18ft x 18ft - dance capacity of 75 guests
• Fireplace
  • A rustic and sturdy centerpiece, ideal for a festival-themed party. Available inside the tipis or outdoors, weather permitting
• Lounge Furniture
  • Bean bag seats and low tables create a relaxed vibe at your event. Lounge areas can also be set up outside in good weather.
• Bar Unit
  • A rustic wooden bar that complements the wedding tents beautifully. Ideal for a festival-themed party—all you need to provide are the drinks and glassware
• Floodlights
  • High-quality lights that illuminate the surroundings, creating a stunning and practical backdrop
• Catering Tent
  • A 6m x 6m tent that can be discreetly placed behind the tipis and comes with matted flooring

  • A 3ft round table for displaying a wedding cake or other items
