UK Event Tipis

If you’re looking for a pop-up event space our eye-catching event tipis and wedding tents are perfect. Our Sussex based event tents are based on the traditional design principles of the Sami Kåta and incorporates the latest materials and construction techniques. Designed to brave the great British weather all year round, our wedding tents are perfect for festival themed events and are a much prettier alternative to a white marquee. 

The exquisite event tents are super flexible to your requirements, with four tipis available that can be combined and linked up, a total of 170 guests seated can be accommodated or if you’re having more of a relaxed affair, 250 standing guests.

• Maximum 70 guests seated

Two Giant Hat Kåtas

• Maximum 120 guests seated

All of the giant hat Kåta tents can have their sides opened up, a great option on a hot and sunny day, these pop-up event spaces can incorporate gardens or allow guests beautiful panoramic views of the surroundings. If the weather isn’t looking so warm, they can be booked with a fireplace, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere, the perfect winter wedding tent.

Our festival themed tents can also be booked with decor and furniture. The following items can be booked as a bespoke event tent package:

• Tables
  • Rustic and wooden trestle tables or round tables to suit different seating plans
• Chairs
  • Cheltenham banqueting chairs and pretty and comfortable. Coloured to compliment the natural theming of the tipis, the neutral colours allows additional decor to be added.
• Matting
  • Woven matting placed on top of plastic sheeting, ensure feet stay dry inside the tents
• Matted walkway
  • Outdoor walkways to the event tipi entrance, that match the interior flooring
• Lighting
  • Standard lighting sets are built into the same wood as the tipis so they are subtle and sleek. Spotlights are controlled on a dimmer switch, allowing flexible and independent lighting that be changed whenever. White or coloured spotlights can also be used to focus on specific areas - e.g. the top table or cake table. 
• Fairy Lights
  • Creating an intimate atmosphere the lights can go around the wedding tent, but always look great spiralling down the inner poles and along the opening brim of the tipis
• Bunting
  • No festival themed party would be complete without a pretty garland of flags. Perfect and in-keeping with the rustic vibes the event tipis give off
• Dancefloor - A strong, durable and flexible vinyl dance floor available in 3 different sizes:
• 12ft x 12ft - dance capacity of 30 guests
• 15ft x 15ft - dance capacity of 45 guests
• 18ft x 18ft - dance capacity of 75 guests
• Fireplace
  • A rustic and sturdy centrepiece, perfect for a festival themed party, they are available inside the tipis and outside if the weather permits
• Lounge furniture
  • These bean bag seats ad low tables will create a chilled out vibe at your event. In good weather lounge areas can be hosted outside. 
• Bar unit
  • A rustic wooden bar that suites the wedding tents beautifully, a great option if you’re have a festival themed party; all you need to do is provide the drinks & glassware
• Floodlights
  • High quality lights that will light up the surroundings and creating a great backdrop, whilst practical. 
• Catering tent
  • 6m x 6m tent can be tucked away behind the tipis, and supplied with a matter flooring
• Blankets
  • Woolly tartan blankets to keep all your guests warm
• Cake table
  • 3ft round table to display a wedding cake or other objects
• Easel & A1 hessian pin board
  • Perfect for displaying a table plan, bar menu or event schedule
• Stage
  • A 12ft x 12ft stage that can be broken down into a smaller sized stage; perfect for one of fabulous wedding bands to perform on
• Festoon lighting
  • This lighting is perfect for walkways or draping between the top of the event tents whilst creating beautiful photos
