Animation Team Building

An animation team building workshop that will provide your guests with a unique experience and highly engaging creative team building day that not only is highly enjoyable but will help strengthen and build new and existing skills. A stop motion animation workshop that is at the top of corporate team building activities will guarantee to be a highly effective team building exercise for your employees to get involved in.

This creative team building day will stretch participants to think of new ways whilst learning to communicate with one another to work as a cohesive group as they plan and produce their very own stop motion animation.

Lasting between 180 – 360 minutes (according to guest numbers) and available for 2-300 guests this animation team building activity will build on the following learning outcomes:

• Creative thinking
• Teamwork

After an introduction to stop motion animation techniques that can be seen in the incredibly popular Wallace and Gromit productions, each team will then be equipped with craft supplies, modelling clay, tools and corner studios to create a scene for their animation. 

The Task:
The aim of this creative team building activity is to create, film and edit your own movie, whereby each team will need to delegate creative and technical roles, create a concept for the movie, build the sets and sculpt the characters. Whilst each member must take responsibility for their own role, the team must work cohesively to ensure that the entire production comes together nicely.

After the sets have been created, characters sculpted and movies filmed, the day will finish with a big screen preview of each team’s production where the event manager will judge the winner. 

Medals will be awarded to the winning team which will be decided based on creativity, delivery, storyboards, character modelling and video motion.
