1. Is the virtual baking workshop suitable for beginners?
Yes, the festive Biscotti and Stollen workshop is suitable for all abilities, our professional baker will take guests through step by step and make sure all participants are included and following along.
2. Is there a minimum number of participants allowed on the virtual workshop?
Yes, a minimum of 5 guests can get involved in this virtual cook-a-long.
3. Is there a maximum number of participants allowed on the workshop?
No, there is no limit to the number of people allowed on the virtual cook-a-long but it is recommended by our baker that 30 guests is the sweet spot otherwise the workshop loses part of its interactive element.
4. Where is the virtual workshop live-streamed from?
Our festive virtual workshop is live-streamed from our workshop leaders' home kitchen via a zoom link to add that authentic, festive and homely feel to the masterclass.
5. How long is the festive virtual workshop?
The Biscotti and Stollen workshop is approx 90 minutes in length which can be customised slightly to fit your requirements if desired.
6. What will guests need to join in the festive virtual cook-a-long?
Prior to the event guests will be sent a list of all the ingredients required to make the Biscotti and Stollen. Our female baker aims to keep virtual classes as sustainable as accessible as possible so the items will be easily sourced locally at an affordable price.
Guests will also need common household equipment such as a cooker, bowls, a baking tray, spoons, and other utensils along with a suitable workspace to create the delicious festive treats!
7. Will the workshop leader provide the virtual platform link? And are there any platforms she is not compatible with?
Yes, our virtual baker can provide a zoom link for the virtual workshop or is happy to join your link if that works best for you. She is happy to work on zoom or teams and is open to discussing other platforms if required.
