Caricaturist Chris
Chris is a flexible and an imaginative artist, able to multi-task and work under various different conditions. He has a lot of experience in drawing different age groups - from babies to 70+ year olds, and pays great attention to specific details of appearance and personality in order to capture the authentic and unique likeness of an individual. Chris also specialises in couple and group caricatures, which still take under 15 mins to produce.
As well as offering the traditional cartoon-style drawings, he also uses a unique charcoal pastel technique which makes his caricatures stand out from the crowd. Chris also provides protective sleeves for each one of his drawings, to ensure they are well preserved and that they look smart and presentable.
He can offer up to 10 A3 size caricatures per hour. It takes him only 5 mins to draw one single caricature on A4 size paper but drawing a couple is a very popular request that normally takes Chris 10 minutes.
Each of his caricatures is produced on high quality white A3 card suitable for framing. Each caricature is supplied in a clear plastic sleeve to avoid any possible damage and is fully protected.
Chris is flexible and able to work in a variety of different conditions - boat cruises, hotel receptions, on-the-spot on the beach, theme parks and tourist locations. He is one of the few UK caricaturists with a wide range of experience in working abroad in places such as Spain, Malta and Cyprus, as well as Germany, France, Poland, Czech Republic and even Australia & Russia!
Chris specialises in producing full-colour caricatures and portraits. He can do full-body caricatures, family portraits and even pets! He has previously produced career-themed full-body caricatures for policemen, sailors, the military etc. Themed group caricatures can be requested e.g. Cowboy costumes, sailor outfits and so on.
