Barney Storey MBE

The world’s most successful sprint tandem pilot, Barney has earned three Paralympic gold medals and six world titles. He competed in both London 2012 and Beijing 2008. After 2012, Barney transitioned into an endurance athlete and subsequently launched a women’s cycling team to support his wife, Sarah, in her comeback.

Under his leadership, the team has accomplished an impressive 105 race victories over three years and supported international riders on national teams for Australia, Ireland, and Great Britain.

Renowned for his unwavering work ethic, Barney mentors young riders and supports individuals of all age groups with coaching and advice. He generously devotes his time to their development.
