Experience a refreshing break from the office with our exhilarating Beach Games in Barcelona. This off-site teambonding experience is perfect for large groups of friends or colleagues. Whether your group has 10 or up to 1,000 participants, everyone can enjoy an exciting day at the beach.

This outdoor teambuilding event can be held at Ocata Beach, near Barcelona, Port Forum, and other beautiful beaches in Catalonia such as Castelldefels and Villalona. Participants will be divided into groups of six to eight people each. Then, let the fun begin!

To start off, participants will warm up with engaging group dynamics like ‘Friends and Enemies’, ‘Follow the Finge’ and ‘A Lifting Experience’. Following that, teams will face various external teambuilding challenges, each with a five-minute time limit. These beach games encourage teamwork and help develop essential skills such as collaboration, communication, and delegation.

Activities include navigating team members through a giant web without touching it, traversing from A to B while balancing on three wooden planks, and transferring water from A to B using limited accessories.

During this two-hour outdoor teambuilding session, teams will also be tasked to build sand buggies in 15 minutes, followed by a thrilling 6-minute water race with plenty of obstacles.
