With a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 1,000, your group, no matter the size, can enjoy a thrilling day at the beach.

This outdoor team-building activity can take place at Ocata Beach just outside Barcelona, Port Forum, and other Catalonia beaches like Castelldefels and Villalona. Participants will be divided into groups of six or eight people each. Then, the fun begins!

To start, participants will warm up with group dynamics called 'Friends and Enemies', 'Follow the Finge', and 'A Lifting Experience'. After that, the different teams will face various external team-building challenges, each with a five-minute time limit. All these beach games involve teamwork and help everyone develop essential skills such as collaboration, communication, and delegation.

The external team-building challenges participants will tackle include passing team members through a giant web without touching it, moving from point A to point B without falling while balancing on three wooden planks, and transferring water from A to B using just a few accessories.

During this two-hour outdoor team-building activity, teams will also be asked to build sand buggies in 15 minutes and then compete in a six-minute water race filled with obstacles.
