Amateur Beer Brewing Workshop (2hr)

• Guest participation and explanations of the different stages of lager brewing with a professional brewer
• Guided beer tasting of 6 styles of artisanal beers, accompanied by sausage and cheese boards
• Each participant will leave with a pack of 3 Parisian artisan beers of 33cl, as well as their own bottle of 50cl of beer brewed, bottled, and labeled on the spot

Master Brewer Beer Making Workshop (4hr)

• Choice of 7 recipes to make 15 liters of your own beer
• Introduction to the biology of beer making and discovery of artisan beer production around the world and in France
• Guided beer tasting of 6 styles of artisanal beer
• Guests leave with 30 bottles of their own beer totaling 15 liters, decorated with custom labels
