Car Team building Activity

Designed for groups of at least 30 participants, this corporate team-building exercise can accommodate up to 250 people. The challenge involves creating a Formula 1 car aimed at winning an imaginary Grand Prix. Participants will be divided into teams, each provided with a budget, a competition manual, and a deadline.

Regardless of their professions, they will become engineers for a day, tasked with designing and building a Formula 1 racing car for competition. The car must be a non-motorized vehicle, powered solely by human muscle. Teams will purchase necessary materials, design a prototype, and build the car with their own hands and available tools. The vehicle must pass a technical inspection before it is allowed to compete. Once it passes the inspection, the best-built car will participate in a tournament to determine the winning team.

During this three-hour outdoor team-building experience, participants will develop skills such as communication, leadership, collaboration, creativity, and decision-making. Additionally, this innovative outdoor group activity will give colleagues the chance to bond, create shared memories, and build lasting friendships.
