Car Team building Activity

It involves creating a Formula 1 car with the goal of winning an imaginary Grand Prix. Participants will be divided into different teams, each provided with a set amount of money, a competition manual, and a deadline to meet.

No matter their professions, they will need to become engineers for a day, designing and building a Formula 1 racing car for competition. The car must be a non-motorized vehicle, meaning it can only be moved by human muscle power. After purchasing all the necessary materials to build the racing car, teams will need to design a prototype that they will later construct with their own hands using the tools available. The car needs to pass a technical inspection before being allowed to compete. Once it passes this technical test, the best-built vehicle will participate in a tournament to determine which team deserves to win.

By participating in this three-hour outdoor team-bonding experience, participants will develop skills such as communication, leadership, collaboration, creativity, and decision-making, among many others. This unique open-air team-building activity will also give colleagues the chance to get to know each other better, create shared memories, and foster friendships.
