Professional circus performer and fire artist João transforms any space into a captivating circus, where excitement and spectacle are guaranteed!

João's performances have a universal appeal, captivating audiences of all ages. His journey includes extensive research, creation, travel, laughter, and even tears to bring his magnificent theatrical shows to various street theatre and circus festivals.

João’s act combines stunning fire art, breathing huge balls of fire into the air, and spinning fiery 3D cubes to create spectacular shapes. He also entertains with impressive acrobatic stunts such as splits and backflips, along with circus acts like juggling and mime.

Born in Belo Horizonte (Brazil) in 1986, our performer discovered the world of juggling at a very young age and inadvertently entered the circus. Throughout his career, he studied various disciplines of Performing Arts and Circus, including Decroux techniques (Mimica Body Dramatica), Contact Dance, Contemporary, Physical Theatre, Clown, and floor acrobatics. He attended top Brazilian schools like Escola Trupe Tralha and Cine Horto. He further honed his skills at Escola de Circo Criollo in Buenos Aires, Club Flic Flac (Spain), and juggling conventions in Finland, Portugal, Spain, and Brazil.

Our Artist also teaches children and adults, introducing them to the enchanting world of the circus. As a purveyor of sensational performances, he continues to seek out and deliver circus poetry, captivating and impressing audiences around the globe.

His intense stage presence and artistry captivate audiences at street festivals, carnivals, corporate events, and much more.

His talent spans theatre/clown techniques, contemporary dance, floor acrobatics, and juggling props like clubs, diabolo, double staffs, swing clubs, poi, cube, pyramid, and square.
