Flamenco Group NYC

This Flamenco Group is dedicated to creating a NYC-inspired flamenco style, drawing from the rich influence of Latino art forms and collaborating with artists in Tap, Cuban Rumba, Salsa, and Jazz.

Founded in 1979 by Aurora Reyes and Basilio Georges, the group has performed extensively throughout New York City and on tour, continually perfecting their dynamic blend of Spanish and Latino cultural styles.

While each dancer shines in traditional flamenco style, the repertoire also features solo and ensemble numbers set to Cuban, Puerto Rican, and other Caribbean or South American rhythms. Both dancers and musicians masterfully blend their Flamenco technique with a passion for vibrant Salsa grooves.

This flamenco group is available for private parties, corporate events, and weddings. For all types of performances, they offer various combinations, including two dancers (male and female when available), a flamenco singer, and a guitarist.
