Kate's Jazz Duo

Kate’s Jazz Duo is a London-based act performing an array of classic and contemporary Jazz standards. With a background in Music Performance specializing in Jazz, Improvisation, and Pop from Melbourne University, Kate has channeled her original musical creativity through jazz, lyrics, and songwriting.

Seeking fresh musical inspiration, Kate later relocated to Europe. Berlin welcomed her with open arms as she performed in bars and underground clubs. Following the warmth of the Mediterranean, she moved to Valencia and Barcelona, where her passion for roots music across all genres flourished.

Now based in London, Kate is actively working on a series of four releases for 2014, collaborating with an acclaimed Jazz, Classical, and Flamenco guitarist, both within the UK and internationally.

Whether performing solo or as a duo, Kate brings a blend of modern and classic Jazz standards, offering the perfect chill-out or background music for almost any event.
