Trendwatcher Lieke Lamb is the co-founder and owner of Trendwatcher.com // Future Expertise Center, specializing in trends and innovations. Together with her husband Richard Lamb, she forms the 'Trendwatcher Duo of the Netherlands.’ As an outspoken columnist, she examines societal changes and their impacts on different sectors and industries. She is a highly experienced and versatile speaker, capable of addressing complex topics with a light and practical touch. She is also a TedX speaker.

Trend and Tech Expert in the Media

Lieke is a resident Trend-Tech expert on Omroep Max (Tijd voor Max) and a frequent guest on various programs like WNL (Goedemorgen Nederland); SBS Shownieuws (Talpa Network), and EenVandaag. For many years, she and her husband Richard had a weekly segment (Trendsverwachting™) on BNR Radio and created the radio show 'Ditishandig.nl' about innovative products and services. She participated in the special program ‘The Netherlands Goes Digital’ by Syntens and has provided a weekly newsletter on Electronic Commerce for years. She also regularly contributes to newspapers and magazines.

A Respected Industry Author

Lieke Lamb authored the book YourFuture!, the Trendwatcher's Handbook, the first of which was presented to the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte. Each year, in the final months, her Future Expertise Center publishes a TrendExpectation for the upcoming year.

All-Round Speaker

In addition to keynotes on trends and innovations, she also focuses on trends related to feminism and youth. She is passionate about young entrepreneurs and startups, frequently participating as a jury member or in coaching programs for young businesses.

Lieke Lamb has served as a jury member for the LiveWire Award, the BTG Telecom Award, and as an ambassador for Onderwijs OnStage; Stichting Jong Ondernemen, and as a member of the board of the Dutch Future Society. She is a Funding Mother at Women Inc., a member of the Programmaraad at VU Amsterdam, and part of the think tank of the PO-raad (educational council). She also teaches at Nyenrode Business University (Strategic Leadership Program) and the Hogeschool Rotterdam.
