With extensive experience in DEI matters, Sara has conducted numerous workshops, training sessions, and keynote speeches for global companies such as Coca Cola, spreading her expertise across various industries worldwide.

Sara’s speech topics can be customized to suit your guests or target audience and may include themes like understanding unconscious bias, diversity, equity, and inclusion, enriched with anecdotes from her own experience as a Muslim woman, making her an especially relatable speaker.

In 2016, Sara and her co-owned branding company created and launched Finland's first Ramadan and Eid Campaign at the shopping center Itis in Helsinki. Its success marked a significant milestone in Sara’s career. She continued to work on other impactful campaigns, winning the Gold Sabre Award in 2019 for her "Work Does Not Discriminate" campaign with Miltton and The Confederation of Finnish Industries.
