Sara Salmani is a top female consultant in diversity, equity, and inclusion in Finland. She specializes in inclusive markets, understanding unconscious bias, inclusive communications, and building equity and diversity within international organizations. With many years of experience in DEI matters, Sara has provided countless workshops, training sessions, and keynote speeches on the topic and related themes to numerous global companies like Coca Cola, spreading her expertise across various industries worldwide.

In 2016, Sara and her co-owned branding company launched and developed Finland's first Ramadan and Eid campaign at the Itis shopping center in Helsinki. This successful event marked a turning point in Sara’s career. She has since worked on other successful campaigns, winning the Gold Sabre Award in 2019 for her "Work Does Not Discriminate" campaign with Miltton and The Confederation of Finnish Industries.
