Legendary international rugby hooker, Sean Fitzpatrick, is the co-founder and director of The Front Row Group - a company specializing in sport-based business leadership. They provide consultation, leadership guidance, and motivational advice to senior global management at various companies.

Sean is the Vice-Chairman and Academy Member of the Laureus Sports Foundation. In 1997, he was honored with the New Zealand Order of Merit by the Governor General.

During his rugby career from 1986 to 1998, Sean captained the esteemed New Zealand Rugby Team, the All Blacks. With 92 international games under his belt, he demonstrated his dedication by holding a world record of 63 consecutive Test matches and captaining New Zealand in 51 Test matches. In 1999, Rugby World magazine’s Team of the Century named Sean a hooker.

To this day, Sean remains actively involved in rugby. He serves on the Main Board of Directors of Harlequins RFC and contributes as an author and journalist to various international publications, including “Winning Matters” and his autobiography “Fronting Up.” He also makes regular appearances on Sky Sports and ITV. In 2014, Sean was inducted into the IRB Hall of Fame.
