Ben Fogle is a TV presenter, writer, and adventurer. He's highly sought after in the corporate world as a motivational speaker due to his remarkable achievements, such as racing 160 miles across the Sahara desert in the renowned Marathon Des Sables, rowing the Atlantic Ocean in 49 days, and trekking 500 miles across Antarctica in a foot race to the South Pole. His popular BBC adventure show, Extreme Dreams, showcased Ben leading ordinary people on extraordinary journeys through some of the world's most hostile environments.

Ben made his TV debut in 2000, when he volunteered to live on a remote, windswept island in the Outer Hebrides as part of the BBC’s millennium project Castaway 2000. Since then, he has produced numerous TV documentaries and hosted several hit shows, including multiple series of Animal Park and Countryfile, along with Wild in Africa, Swimming with Crocodiles, One Man and His Dog, and Prince William's Africa, where Ben accompanied the young royal on his Botswana tour. Recently, Ben has presented New Lives in the Wild, Harbour Lives, and Countrywise. He also serves as a special correspondent for NBC News in the United States.

In 2005, Ben teamed up with Olympic Gold Medalist James Cracknell to row the Atlantic, as featured in the five-part BBC series, Through Hell and High Water. The film and book chronicling their adventure displayed their physical and psychological challenges, set a British record, and won a Royal Television Society award. Their success led to a follow-up BBC series, On Thin Ice, in 2009, where Ben and Cracknell raced 500 miles on foot across Antarctica to the South Pole.

Ben has authored five bestselling books and contributes to several publications, including The Guardian, the Daily Mail, the Sunday Times, New York Times, and Sunday Telegraph.
