Roger Black MBE is one of Britain's most cherished Olympians and a top motivational speaker globally, engaging in around 70 speaking engagements annually. Throughout his sporting career, he secured fifteen major Championship Medals, including European, Commonwealth, and World Championship Gold Medals, and served as the British Men's Team Captain. His most notable accomplishments include winning the Olympic 400 meters Silver Medal in 1996 and being part of the 4 x 400 meters relay team that won Gold at the 1991 World Championships – accomplishments made even more remarkable considering his battles with serious injuries and a rare heart valve condition.
