Through this creative interactive activity, participants are encouraged to step back and see the 'big picture', a crucial aspect when examining an organization and how its people operate and communicate internally. This activity reinforces the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and communication through the process of creating a massive piece of artwork.

The delegates are divided into small teams, each responsible for producing one or more individual canvases, which will be combined at the end to create a large image. Equipped with all necessary artistic tools, participants must work efficiently within their teams and communicate effectively with other teams to ensure colors and lines align correctly when the image is assembled. This activity quickly demonstrates that cooperation with other teams is essential.

A company’s brand, conference theme, products, values, goals, or even a large-scale reproduction of a famous artwork can inspire the final image. Once completed, all the canvases are collected and framed together. The highlight of the activity is the grand reveal, where, following a debrief, the masterpiece is unveiled to enthusiastic applause! The completed masterpiece can be displayed back at the office as a lasting reminder of the importance of teamwork.
