Through this creative, interactive activity, participants are encouraged to step back and view the 'big picture,' which is particularly important when considering an organization and how its people operate and communicate internally. This activity reinforces the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and communication through the process of creating a massive piece of artwork.

Participants are divided into small teams, each responsible for designing one or more individual canvases that will be combined at the end to form a large image. Equipped with all the artistic tools they need, the participants must work well within their own teams and communicate with other teams to ensure that colors and lines align when the images are assembled and that the final image is a success. Through this activity, participants quickly understand that cooperation with other teams is essential.

A company's brand, conference theme, products, values, goals, or even a large-scale reproduction of a famous piece of art can inspire the final image. Once complete, all the canvases are collected and framed together. The highlight of the activity is the big reveal, where after a debrief, the masterpiece is unveiled to thunderous applause! The finished masterpiece can be displayed back in the office as a lasting reminder of the importance of teamwork.
