Tiffany St James

Tiffany is renowned as one of the 25 women who transformed the British Digital Industry over the past 25 years. She led a decade-long Digital Transformation for the UK Government and is recognized as one of the top 100 women in technology in the UK.

Tiffany founded Transmute, a digital management consultancy aimed at helping large organizations adapt to the evolving digital environment through innovative strategies, cultural innovation, and workforce digital competency programs.

Her clients at Transmute include Google, National Trust, the Abu Dhabi Government, Cabinet Office, The Telegraph, Westminster City Council, and others.

Tiffany delivers custom-tailored talks that bring to life pressing issues and guide audiences on how to tackle challenges, from recognizing emerging talent to leveraging values and digital innovation.

Previously, Tiffany served as the Head of Public Participation (Social Media) for the UK Government. She managed the world's largest web-rationalization program and was the first Head of Digital Policy Communications for the UK Government.

Since 2010, she has been a global speaker, inspiring industry and corporate clients to think and act strategically in the digital realm. Her most notable keynotes have been delivered to the UAE Government, Gartner, Internet World, and at a TED Talk.
