FAQs

1. What is the setup?

The show is hosted at their premises, and discussions are ongoing to use a professional green screen setup for those choosing the Ultimate Masterclass package. The Standard Masterclass uses high-quality cameras, lights, and microphones, while the Ultimate Session incorporates two to three cameras.

Typically, Zoom is used for streaming, but they are flexible with other standard platforms. For custom platforms, they work with Babl.

2. How long is each session?

A live session lasts between one-and-a-half to two hours.

3. How many people can take part?

There is no minimum or maximum number of participants. For groups of 100-150+, the platform enhances team engagement but also works well for smaller groups. For larger conferences with thousands of attendees, the bartenders suggest multiple sessions throughout the event, possibly requiring a custom platform.

4. Do guests need anything to participate?

Guests opting for DIY bar kits will need to provide household items such as a jar (shaker), spoon, and rolling pin (muddler). They will also need to supply ice and, in some cases, fresh ingredients like lemon and orange for garnishing.

5. Is the show interactive?

The Standard Package includes text-based Q&A, facilitated by an assistant for more conversational interaction. Engagement through Instagram hashtags is also available for the mystery cocktail.

The Ultimate Package offers a host/emcee who interacts dynamically with the bartender/presenter and connects guest questions live. There is also a dedicated board where participants can post and comment on their cocktail creations.

6. How can this experience be customized?

There are numerous customization options, including ballroom-style tables for smaller group interactions and branded packaging and bar equipment. Our bartenders can offer a mix of masterclasses and pre-batched cocktails. Clients can choose the number of cocktails and even create a custom company drink. Adding entertainment acts, prize giveaways, and extra equipment like a bubble kit, hands-free stirrer, and flavor-blaster bubble garnish gun can enhance the event atmosphere.

7. Can the show be pre-recorded?

The pre-recorded option includes an ingredients box and is filmed with two cameras for close-ups and various shots. A pre-recorded show lasts between one to one-and-a-half hours.
