Female Percussionist France

As a unique performer, our female percussionist masterfully plays her instruments while showcasing her soulful and radiant voice.

Since late 2010, she has been the key figure of a diverse group of musicians, ranging from an acoustic duo to a quintet.

With compositions developed over the last five years, her music is rooted in diverse traditions, including Afro-American, Afro-Cuban, and Mandé musical styles, blended with jazz and pop. This creates a captivating journey across the Atlantic Ocean. These influences help her craft contemporary music that resonates with today's audience. A trained percussionist and a self-taught vocalist, her project centers around her voice, which she has honed since the early days of her career, allowing her to express the rich emotions found in the multiple musical traditions she has mastered over the years.

Along with her band, she has performed at the Drammen Fest in Norway, the Casablanca Jazz Festival, and is a regular at the famous Baiser Salé in France, as well as on the Scènes Musique Actuelles. In October 2012, she delivered a brilliant performance at the Festival des Musiques du Monde (93) and released her first record, «Rise Your Soul», with a concert accompanied by her sextet at the New Morning in Paris.
