Female Solo Violinist: Diana
This act is one of the world’s most thrilling and emerging musicians. A trailblazing, modern, award-winning musician, this groundbreaking Solo Violinist has been playing the violin since the age of 5 and has released 3 albums through BMG and Sony Music.
Following her debut album, she was recognized as one of the country’s top 10 artists... but for this contemporary violinist - her journey has only just begun. Throughout her vibrant career, she has performed solo at prestigious venues like St. James Piccadilly, Cadogan Hall, to 60,000 at Khalifa Stadium in Qatar, and to a sold-out Hollywood Bowl. Diana has also collaborated with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, English Chamber Orchestra, BBC Concert Orchestra, conductors Robin Stapleton and Grant Llewellyn, as well as other musicians including Jeff Beck, Paul Oakenfold, Japanese pop sensations Deen, Craig Armstrong, and features as a special guest for various PBS shows.
Diana made a significant impact in Japan, becoming an overnight child star after performing at a memorial service for the JAL victims. The media in the country announced her as a music sensation; her talent has been recognized with numerous awards, including the prestigious International Foundation for Arts and Culture, and her appointment as soloist with the Japan Philharmonic. Her Japanese debut album became a No.1 best seller and was released in the UK in 2001 to rave reviews, including those from Classic FM’s Henry Kelly.
