Since 1987, when they started performing together, Carles and Sofia’s international career has taken them to prestigious venues like Carnegie Hall (New York), Kolarac Memorial Hall (Belgrade), and Teatro Solís (Montevideo).

They frequently perform in major cities such as Paris, London, Madrid, Brussels, Rome, Barcelona, Milan, and Prague, either in recital or with orchestras such as London City Chamber Orchestra, Orquestra Simfònica de Sao Paulo, Orchestre de Chambre du Namurois, Tokyo Chamber Orchestra, Malaysia Philharmonic Orchestra, and Hermitage State Orchestra.

Their repertoire spans from Bach to contemporary 21st-century works, including all significant piano compositions and the most brilliant and challenging orchestral transcriptions. They have also established close relationships with many contemporary composers, such as John Carmichael and Daniel Basomba, who have composed works specifically for them.
