Booked to perform at venues across England, he made his overseas debut on tour in the Middle East (DUBAI). The tour was filmed by Yorkshire Television and turned into a 30-minute documentary, which aired during Christmas, called JUST TO BE FRANK. This marked a significant milestone for Phil, covering his journey from karaoke to cabaret. He has had numerous radio and television appearances and now features in a book titled 'Morley Entertainers'.
