This Sinatra sound-alike and lookalike is quickly becoming a cabaret sensation since forming his own live backing band to do it his way.

Booked to perform at venues all over England, he has made his international debut on tour in the Middle East (DUBAI). The tour was filmed by Yorkshire Television and turned into a 30-minute documentary called JUST TO BE FRANK, aired on TV during Christmas. This marked a significant milestone for Phil, showcasing his journey from karaoke to cabaret. He has had numerous radio and TV appearances and is also featured in a book titled "Morley Entertainers".
