Please describe your Virtual Show.

Our shows typically last 60 minutes, featuring performances and a moderator-led Q&A. Depending on the client's requirements, we can arrange shorter or longer experiences. Your event includes a moderator to ensure everything runs smoothly. Questions can be pre-selected or taken live during the call.

Can your show be customized for clients? If yes, how, please give as much detail as possible. What is the lead time to create customization?

This artist is delighted to collaborate with clients to craft their dream event! Custom events require at least 25-30 days of preparation. They will work diligently to tailor the experience to meet your expectations.

Do you offer both pre-recorded and live-streamed shows? If so, how long do you require to create a pre-recorded video for a client?

These performers offer both live-streamed shows and pre-recorded videos. For pre-recorded videos, they request a minimum of one-and-a-half months for production.

Where is your show set up - i.e. do you have a professional studio setup?

Currently, due to social distancing, most artists perform from their homes. They maintain a professional standard with a neat background and use a quality ring light and microphone. Live-streamed events can also be produced from NYC performance venues for additional technical fees.

How many cameras do you use in your virtual show and what is the quality?

Each artist connects through their computer.

What levels of interaction are there with live audiences? How does this work?

The artists enjoy direct interaction with the audience. During the Q&A segment, audience members can submit questions via the Zoom chat box, or the moderator can enable them to unmute and ask their questions directly.

Have you completed a virtual booking before?

We've completed hundreds of thousands of virtual bookings since early 2020!

What platform do you prefer to use for your Virtual Show? What other platforms have you used?

The preferred platform for this act is Zoom, and they are happy to host events on their Pro account. We can accommodate up to 95 audience members in a meeting format, and for larger audiences, we use Webinar. We have also utilized Google Meet, Cisco Webex, and Microsoft Teams.

Do you have a technician that helps with the setup of your virtual show? If not, please detail how you cope with technical issues during a live stream?

A trained team member is always on set. Although it has not happened yet, if a significant technical issue arises (e.g., Zoom goes down) and the event stops for 15 minutes, the event will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

How long is your virtual show?

The duration ranges from 20 to 60 minutes.

Do guests need anything to be able to participate?

Participants only need a computer with a camera, microphone, and WiFi.

Is there a minimum and a maximum number of attendees that can take part in the show?

In a Zoom meeting format, the maximum number of guests is 95. Using Zoom Webinar allows us to increase that number up to 995.

Are you happy to have a technical call or rehearsal session with the client in advance of the show? The technical call must be in the show location with the same connection.

Yes! This artist often conducts a sound check with the artists and clients a few days or hours before the event.

Are there any platforms that are not compatible with your act or that you prefer not to work on?

No, they are flexible!
