Virtual Tours of Rome
FAQs
1. What can I expect from this virtual tour?
This can be arranged as either a fully live-streamed experience or a pre-recorded tour. Our expert tour guide, using a single camera, leads and records the tour. Our bilingual host, with years of experience in showcasing her beautiful home city, ensures that online guests get an engaging and detailed look at Rome's rich history and culture, all from the comfort of their own office or living room.
2. How does this experience work?
Our host offers several options for this tour, depending on your event needs. First, decide which area you'd like to virtually visit. Choose from locations like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, The Colosseum, The Spanish Steps and fashion district, Navona Square and Caravaggio's paintings, or many other exciting areas. Our host can then create a pre-recorded exploration of that area, filled with fun facts and amazing sights, or live-stream the experience for you to watch and interact with in real time.
3. Is this interactive?
Yes! Our tour guides aim to offer the same levels of interaction you'd experience on an in-person tour and welcome questions throughout the live-stream.
4. What do guests need to participate?
All your online guests need is a device to watch the tour and a strong internet connection. As the host, you'll also need access to a video conferencing platform that can accommodate your chosen audience size. Zoom is our host's preferred platform, though other video conferencing platforms can also be considered.
