Virtual Tours of Rome
FAQs
1. What can I expect from this virtual tour?
You can choose between a fully live-streamed experience or a pre-recorded tour. Either way, it will be led and recorded by our highly knowledgeable tour guide using a single camera. Our bilingual host has years of experience showing guests around her beautiful home city and makes sure online viewers get an engaging and up-close look at Rome's incredible history and culture from the comfort of their office or living room.
2. How does this experience work?
Our host offers several options for this tour depending on your event needs. First, you'll need to choose the area you want to virtually visit. This could be the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, The Colosseum, The Spanish Steps and fashion district, Navona Square and Caravaggio's painting, or many other exciting areas. Our host can then create a pre-recorded exploration filled with fun facts and amazing sights, or live-stream the experience for you to watch and interact with in real-time.
3. Is this interactive?
Absolutely! Our tour guides aim to create the same level of interaction you'd get if you were taking the tour in person and encourage questions throughout the live-streamed experience.
4. What do guests need to participate?
All your online guests will need is a device to watch the tour on and a strong internet connection. As the host, you'll also need access to a video conferencing platform that's big enough for your audience. Zoom is our preferred platform, but other video conferencing platforms will also be considered.
