Kenyan Acrobatic Troupe

The Kenyan Acrobatic Troupe is composed of 4 to 5 extremely talented acrobats. The group of artists, having grown, trained and worked together in Kenya and after several years of touring the world with different groups, they have attained great exposure and experience to give their best to the European public.

Their animated show is very involving and is aimed at a diverse audience for its simple content, its ease of communication and spectacular jumping bodies dancing to the rhythms of African beat, transmitting great energy and happiness.

The stunts are typical of the African tradition that involves human pyramids, exceptional jumping rope and play with fire.

In addition to performing entertainment shows in 11 different countries, the group also give acrobatics art lessons at the "French School" Nairobi", have appeared in television programs in Italy and Spain and have also been involved in circus theatre. They have managed to win “the best performing group as voted by public in “Strabilandia street festival 2010” Bellizzi and “Milan Clown Festival 2012.”

The objectives of the Kenyan Acrobatic Troupe is to promote Kenyan acrobatics, dance and music and contemporary choreography, as well as developing and supporting the presentation and dissemination of the work of African artists to the world.
