Performing together as a Traditional Folk Dance Group, these themed dancers are available to hire throughout Holland and internationally. Evoking an agricultural era where labour was the primary source of income, this Dutch dance show brings to life the rich cultural traditions of the Netherlands. Featuring accordion players, singers, partner dancing and even a surreal sack beating routine, this show takes audiences back to a time where the the little joys in life were taken through dance and music rather than staring at the screen of a smart phone.

Originating during a time when labour was strenuous, back breaking work, traditional dances would have been one of the only joys in an otherwise tiresome existence. Staying true to its roots, our Dutch dance show includes the same traditional dress, music and choreography of its earliest incarnations. Wearing clogs, the themed dancers perform full partner folk routines, as well as reenacting day to day agricultural tasks like sack beating. Accompanied by folk music performed by a group of accordion players and Dutch vocalists, this show gives audiences a full experience of the historical entertainment of Holland. 

Performing the Polka, Walz and lesser known Dutch folk dances, our traditional dancers incorporate a historical narrative into their exciting shows. Having performed together for more than 20 years, the talented dancers in this folk act are dedicated to keeping the traditions of their culture alive. Featuring a minimum of 6 couples and 2 accordionists, you can book up to a total of 28 performers depending on your event and venue.
