1. What can I expect from the Virtual Dumpling Workshop?
Guests will be invited to join the online dumpling making class via Zoom or another popular video conferencing platform. The workshop starts with a brief introduction by our talented Chef. The Chef will demonstrate how to make either Jiaozi or Dim Sum, and participants can follow along in real-time, asking questions and interacting as they go.
2. Is this experience live or pre-recorded?
This is a live-streamed cooking class. It is not pre-recorded, though clients can receive a recording of the live session after the event. The class is conducted in a professional cooking school kitchen with four multi-angle cameras, and a production manager is on-hand to ensure a smooth experience.
3. What is the duration?
Approximately 90 minutes.
4. What do guests need to have to participate?
Participants will need the ingredients, a steamer, a cutting board, a knife, a stove, a saute pan, a saucepan, and crockery. A detailed list of ingredients will be sent to guests in advance.
5. Do guests have to cook dumplings or could they make something else?
Our Virtual Dumpling Workshop is perfect for corporate team-building, online Chinese New Year events, and Zoom parties. However, our professional Chef can also teach a variety of Asian and European dishes, including ramen, French macarons, homemade pasta, artisan bread, and more!
