1. What can I expect from the Virtual Dumpling Workshop?
Guests will be invited to join the online dumpling-making class via Zoom or another popular video conferencing platform. The workshop will kick off with a brief introduction by our skilled Chef. The Chef will demonstrate how to make either Jiaozi or Dim Sum, and online participants can follow along. Attendees can ask questions and interact in real time.
2. Is this experience live or pre-recorded?
This is a live-streamed online cooking class. It is not pre-recorded, although a recording of the live experience can be sent to the client afterward. The class is filmed in a professional cooking school kitchen with four professional multi-angle cameras. A production manager is on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.
3. What is the duration?
Approximately 90 minutes.
4. What do guests need to have to participate?
Participants will need all the ingredients, a steamer, a cutting board, a knife, a stove, a sauté pan, a saucepan, and dishware. Full ingredient lists are sent to guests in advance.
5. Do guests have to cook dumplings or could they make something else?
Our Virtual Dumpling Workshop is an excellent activity for corporate team-building and perfect for online Chinese New Year events and Zoom parties.
