1. What is the set-up?

Sessions are filmed in a studio with multiple camera angles recording in HD. Our workshop is a professional space with a technician available to address any issues.

Our Flavour Taster experience is most effective over Zoom but can also be hosted on Teams and WebEx. If you have a preferred platform, let us know, as some platforms may block certain features.

2. How long is each session?

The virtual show lasts for 60 minutes. During this time, you'll be guided through over 20 multi-sensory flavor experiences. Each test is designed to engage your guests' taste buds and all five senses. Fun and informative, you will discover if music changes how things taste or if it is possible to taste cinnamon.

3. How many people can take part?

A minimum of 40 guests is required for the live virtual experience. There is no maximum limit.

4. Do guests need anything to be able to participate?

All guests need is their Flavour Taster box, which can be shipped internationally via a tracked method. They will also need a pen/pencil, a glass of water, and optional scissors to help open packets.

5. Is the show interactive?

Flavour Taster sessions are designed to be interactive, with the level of interaction varying by group size. For larger groups, everyone is muted, but we use targeted audience participation. The host uses the chat feature on Zoom for larger groups and displays this feed on a screen to pull out questions and conversations. We begin with a fun food-renaming ice-breaker and then the host selects participants to talk. The gallery view helps make everyone feel part of the team, even in large groups!

6. How can this experience be customised?

The sleeves around the flavour boxes and the profile card inside can be branded. Please allow about two weeks for this customization.

7. Can the show be pre-recorded?

For smaller groups of fewer than 40, a pre-recorded taster session is available.
