1. What is the set-up?

Sessions get filmed in a studio set-up with multi-camera angles recording in HD; our workshop is a professional environment with a technician on hand should any issues occur.

Our flavour taster experience works best over Zoom, but can be hosted over Teams and WebEx. If you have a specific platform in mind, let us know as some platforms block certain features.

2. How long is each session?

The virtual show lasts for 60 minutes. During this time you will be guided through over 20 multi-sensory flavour experiences. Each test designed to engage your guests' taste buds and all five senses. Fun and informative, you will find out if music does change how things taste or if it is possible to taste cinnamon.

3. How many people can take part?

A minimum of 40 guests are required for the live virtual experience; there is no maximum limit.

4. Do guests need anything to be able to participate?

All guests need is their Flavour Taster box which can be shipped international via a tracked method. They need a pen/pencil, a glass of water and scissors [optional] to help open packets.

5. Is the show interactive?

Flavour Taster sessions are designed to be interactive, but the level of this varies with group size. For bigger groups, everyone is muted, but we use targeted audience participation. The host utilises the chat feature on Zoom for larger groups and has this feed on a screen so they can pull out questions and conversations from there. We start with a fun food-renaming as a bit of an ice-breaker, and from there, the host pulls out people to talk. There's also the gallery view so when there's a large guest list people feel very much more part of the team and forget they are on their own!

6. How can this experience be customised?

Sleeves around the flavour boxes have a branding option as well as the profile card inside. Please allow about two weeks for this.

7. Can the show be pre-recorded?

For smaller groups of less than 40, it is possible to enjoy a pre-recorded taster session.
