Sophie Bostock - Sleep Expert
Biography
Sophie is an internationally recognised sleep expert for her work in sleep science, well-being, and performance. With a PhD in Psychobiology from UCL, her research focuses on workplace happiness. Sophie has delivered over 250 corporate talks, including TEDx and Talks@Google, and has worked with diverse clients across industries such as technology, finance, law, education, and elite sports. As a media expert, she frequently appears on ITV This Morning and is dedicated to helping people improve their health through better sleep.
Her career highlights include being an NHS Innovation Accelerator Fellow for her work on Sleepio, a digital sleep improvement program. After an accident caused by sleep deprivation, Sophie founded TheSleepScientist.com, where she offers keynote speeches, workshops, and consultancy services. She has also contributed to corporate 'Sleeposiums' and webinars focused on actionable content to drive positive change in personal and professional life.
