2. What will the video include?

The video will begin with the company's co-founder, Henry, sharing the inspiring story behind Pan-n-Ice, which originated from his travels to Thailand. He will then guide the guests through the purchased packs, explain how to use everything, and offer his top tips on flavors.

Henry will conduct a few demonstrations, show the guests how to use the pans, and advise on the perfect amount of ice cream for the ideal roll. He will then lead everyone step-by-step through creating their delightful treats, with each viewer being able to make approximately 1-2 portions on their first attempt!

3. Are there any customization options?

The company can add client branding to the cups or attach a sleeve to the pan box. They can also include a special note for your participants.

The lead time for this is approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on requirements.

4. What equipment will the guests need?

Guests will need a pan and ice cream pack to complete the tutorial, which can be arranged through us. They can then add their own chosen ingredients (e.g., chocolate or fruits) or order them with us for a complete package!
