2. What does the video include?

The video starts with company co-founder Henry explaining the exciting origins of Pan-n-Ice, inspired by his travels to Thailand. He'll then guide guests through the packs they've purchased, how to use everything, and his top flavor tips.

Henry will demonstrate how to use the pans, show guests how much ice cream to add for the perfect roll, and then guide everyone step-by-step to create their delicious treats. Each viewer will get about 1-2 portions on their first try!

3. Are there any customization options?

The company can add client branding to the cups or place a sleeve on the pan box. They can also include a special note for your participants.

Lead time for customization is around 2-4 weeks, depending on requirements.

4. What equipment will guests need?

Guests will need a pan and ice cream pack to complete the tutorial, which we can provide. They can then add their own chosen ingredients (e.g., chocolate or fruits) or order them from us for a complete package!
