Our classes come with various size and duration options based on your baking choices.

This class is perfect for up to 20 passionate bakers eager to learn. It is highly interactive, using both verbal communication and chat functions. Each guest receives individual attention, focusing on mastering the baking techniques shown during the tutorial. The session can last between 60-75 minutes or 90-120 minutes.

The Big Bake

Ideal for groups of 20-100, whether they want to bake along or just watch. Interaction primarily occurs via the chat function, and the instructor provides tips and guidance to keep the class engaging. These sessions run for 60-75 minutes or 90-120 minutes.

Live Demo

Best suited for larger groups who cannot bake along or for classes over 100 participants. There will be limited Q&A through the chat as this class is a demonstration. Can your show be customized for clients?

Occasionally, with at least one month's notice. Understanding the client's event priorities is essential—whether it's the recipe, duration, or focus on team fun or learning a new skill. Some recipes require more time, like decorating cookies or baking bread. For inexperienced groups, some parts may take longer to master. The goal is for participants to enjoy and feel accomplished. More complex bakes may need to be a demo rather than a bake-along.

Do you offer both pre-recorded and live-streamed shows?

Our baker loves the energy and excitement of live shows but can provide pre-recorded content with about one month's notice. For pre-recorded events, it's crucial to know whether the client wants a session that feels like a real-time show for baking along, or a TV-style show where elements are sped up. This affects the recipes that can be made within the timeframe and cannot be changed once filming begins.

Where is your show set up?

The show is hosted in our baking kitchen, but we will soon move to a demo stage in a new teaching kitchen.

How many cameras do you use in your virtual show and what is the quality?

We use a single-camera setup facing the instructor with a good view of the workspace. Typically, we use a laptop, wireless mic, and umbrella lighting.

What levels of interaction are there with live audiences?

Interaction depends on audience size. There is an on-screen instructor and a sidekick who responds to guests via the chat function.

What platforms do you use?

Our virtual baker has experience with Zoom and Google Meets.

Do you have a technician that helps with the setup of your virtual show?

Our bookings always include a sidekick facilitator who assists participants via chat, coordinates with the client during the show, and provides technical support as needed.

Do guests need anything to participate?

Participants should have access to essential tools (measuring cups & spoons, bowls, whisk, spatula, knife, baking pans). If special tools are required, we will indicate it (e.g., mixer, rolling pin). Guests receive a PDF with recipes, tips, and a shopping list if necessary.

Are you happy to have a technical call or rehearsal session with the client in advance of the show?

With enough notice, our baker is happy to schedule a technical call.
