Breakthrough

Breakthrough presents groups with a series of quick 'problem-solving' challenges, each carefully designed to explore communication and highlight aspects of teamwork that often go unnoticed!

Following an introductory icebreaker, the group is divided into teams ready to follow a tight schedule. After understanding the desired outcomes of each challenge, participants quickly evaluate the resources at hand, set realistic goals, and reach a consensus on how these will be achieved.

The allocated time slots are 'just enough' to complete each challenge, so teams are pushed but stay motivated by their successes. Teams are encouraged to review their performance and apply what they've learned to the next challenge. After completing their journey, the group reunites for the final challenge. This can be competitive or collaborative, so everyone wins.

In a relatively short time, teams learn the basics of teamwork while individuals gain insight into how their interpersonal styles might impact their team’s success. Breakthrough is professionally presented in a menu format that can be tailored to the venue, delegate number, and specific business issues.
