Perched on a raised podium, the street performer is dressed as an all-white Victorian lady, complete with a wig and a magnificent custom-made dress covering her entire lower body. When a coin is dropped into her tip jar, the Cheeky Human Statue blows a whistle and lifts up the cords of her dress to flash her undies at the spectators.
