1. What should I expect from the breathwork session?
During this breathwork session, participants will learn how their breathing patterns affect their overall well-being. They will discover their unique breath patterns and the benefits of proper breathing day and night. Guests will be guided through techniques designed to energize, focus, and promote calmness. By the end of the session, guests will have learned practical breathing techniques that can be incorporated into their daily lives.
2. How long is a typical session?
The session typically lasts around 1 hour but can range from 15 to 60 minutes depending on your needs.
3. Can the session be customized to my company’s requirements?
Our breathwork expert can tailor the session according to what outcome you desire for the audience, whether it’s to energize them by the end of the session or help them relax. She can also create customizable hampers to accompany the session, which include a pillow, eye mask, a book on breathing techniques, essential oils, and a candle. (Please note: this is subject to change).
4. Is there a preferred online platform?
The preferred platform is Zoom.
5. Do guests need anything to join in with the session?
No, just a pair of lungs!
