1. What should I expect from the breathwork session?
In this breathwork session, participants will learn how their breathing affects their emotions. They will discover their unique breathing patterns and the benefits of breathing well throughout the day and night. Guests will then be guided through techniques to help them feel energized, focused, and calm. By the end of the session, they will have learned practical breathing techniques to incorporate into their everyday lives.
2. How long is a typical session?
The session lasts about an hour, but it can range from 15 to 60 minutes depending on your needs.
3. Can the session be customized to my company’s requirements?
Our breathwork expert can tailor the session based on your desired outcomes, whether that's to feel energized or relaxed by the end. She can also create lovely hampers to complement the session, including a pillow and eye mask, a book on breathing techniques, essential oils, and a candle. (Please note: contents may vary).
4. Is there a preferred online platform?
The preferred platform is Zoom.
5. Do guests need anything to join the session?
Nope, just a pair of lungs!
